Day 01: Arrival in Bangkok

Your journey begins with your arrival at Suvarnabhumi International Airport (BKK). After a private transfer to your hotel, you will have the rest of the day at your leisure. In the evening, consider taking a longtail boat ride down the Chao Phraya River to enjoy the best views of the city at sunset, followed by a riverside dinner.

Spend a full day exploring the grandeur of Bangkok. A visit to the magnificent Grand Palace and the serene Temple of the Emerald Buddha is a must. Afterward, you can cross the river to visit the striking Wat Arun (Temple of Dawn). In the afternoon, explore a different side of the city by visiting the Damnoen Saduak Floating Market or a local street market to sample some famous street food.

Day 03: Bangkok to Chiang Mai

Today, you will have a private transfer to your next destination, the cultural heart of Thailand, Chiang Mai. Upon arrival, check into your hotel and take a few minutes to settle in. In the evening, immerse yourself in the local culture with a visit to the famous Night Bazaar, where you can savor authentic Lanna cuisine, including Khao Soi curry and Chiang Mai sausages.

Day 04: Chiang Mai's Temples and Nature

Discover the history and natural beauty of Chiang Mai. Start with a visit to the supremely sacred Wat Phra That Doi Suthep, a temple located high in the hills with peaceful views overlooking the city. You can also visit an elephant sanctuary or embark on a scenic cycle through the surrounding countryside.

Day 05: Chiang Mai to Chiang Rai

Your journey continues north to the serene town of Chiang Rai. After a scenic transfer, check into your hotel and prepare to explore the area. You can spend the afternoon taking in the sights of the city, including the gilded Wat Rong Suea Ten (Blue Temple) or the stunning Wat Rong Khun (White Temple), which looks like it was carved from ice.

Day 06: Chiang Rai's Hill Tribes and Jungles

Today is an opportunity for adventure. You can embark on a trekking excursion into the lush, rolling hills and dense jungle. Along the way, you can visit a local hill tribe village to learn about their customs or take a dip in hot springs. You can also opt for a visit to an elephant sanctuary.

Day 07: Pakbeng

Your journey takes a scenic turn today as you transfer to Pakbeng, a remote town in Laos. This will likely be a short and picturesque stop on a cruise down the Mekong River. You will have a chance to explore the small village, browse the central market, or simply enjoy the tranquil charm of this riverside town.

Day 08: Pakbeng to Luang Prabang

After a short stay in Pakbeng, you will be transferred to Laos' erstwhile royal capital, Luang Prabang. Settle into your hotel and prepare to explore. In the late afternoon, you can watch the sunset over the Mekong River and explore the vibrant night market.

Day 09: Luang Prabang's Sacred Rituals and Waterfalls

Wake before dawn to witness the ancient alms-giving ritual as monks collect their daily alms. It is a humbling and unforgettable experience. Afterward, take a trip to the spectacular Kuang Si Waterfall, where you can swim in the stunning turquoise pools. In the afternoon, you can take a tranquil kayak trip along the Nam Ou River.

Day 10: Luang Prabang's Crafts and River Cruise

Spend your day delving deeper into the local culture. You can take a boat up the river to the Pak Ou Cave, a sacred site filled with thousands of Buddha statues. Alternatively, you can spend time learning about the art of silk weaving or take a longer boat cruise down the Mekong River for a different perspective of the landscape.

Day 11: Luang Prabang to Siem Reap

Today, you will be transferred to Siem Reap, Cambodia, the gateway to the magnificent temples of Angkor. After checking into your hotel, you will have time to settle in and begin to explore the vibrant city, perhaps with a visit to the local night market.

Day 12: Exploring the Wonders of Angkor

Your day is dedicated to exploring the incredible Angkor Park. You can begin with a sunrise visit to the iconic Angkor Wat, a true feat of ancient architecture. Continue your tour with a visit to the bygone royal Khmer city of Angkor Thom, the ruins of Ta Phrom, and the finely-carved faces at Bayon Temple.

Day 13: Temples and Cultural Immersion

Continue your exploration of the Angkor temples with a visit to Banteay Srei, adorned with thousands of female deities carved from red sandstone. In the afternoon, you can return to Siem Reap to take a cooking class to learn how to prepare authentic Cambodian dishes, or take a boat tour of the Kampong Phluk floating village.

Day 14: Departure from Siem Reap

Your amazing journey through Southeast Asia concludes today. After a final breakfast, a private transfer will take you to Siem Reap International Airport for your departing flight.
