Pampas de Yacuma Tour
2 Nights/3 Days

A three-hour drive from Rurrenabaque takes you to the Pampas de Yacuma, a protected marshland teeming with wildlife. This area is home to over nine indigenous communities and a huge diversity of flora and fauna, including three critically endangered species.
After a relaxing break, you'll take a boat trip to spot wild animals, with the chance to see alligators, turtles, capybaras, and pink dolphins.
A full day starts with a good breakfast followed by a walk in the pampas in search of anacondas and lizards. Then lunch and a rest in the lodge. Optional activities are available in the afternoon: fishing for piranhas in the river or swimming with dolphins. After dinner: a boat trip to see more lizards.

The morning is set aside for a boat trip on the River Yacuma to see yellow monkeys or chichilos. Then lunch followed by the return trip by bus to Rurrenabaque, arriving at approximately five o'clock in the afternoon.
