Pampas de Yacuma Tour

2 Nights/3 Days

A three-hour drive from Rurrenabaque takes you to the Pampas de Yacuma, a protected marshland teeming with wildlife. This area is home to over nine indigenous communities and a huge diversity of flora and fauna, including three critically endangered species.

After a relaxing break, you'll take a boat trip to spot wild animals, with the chance to see alligators, turtles, capybaras, and pink dolphins.

A full day starts with a good breakfast followed by a walk in the pampas in search of anacondas and lizards. Then lunch and a rest in the lodge. Optional activities are available in the afternoon: fishing for piranhas in the river or swimming with dolphins. After dinner: a boat trip to see more lizards.
